RESOLVED

that the minutes of the meeting on 3 September
2008 be APPROVED as a true and accurate record, subject to the
following amendments:
- Item 11 – Item L (Thirlmere House), paragraph L.7 -
………. It was requested that a scoping study be
undertaken, as the Sub-Committee was minded that noise insulation
should reasonably be provided for the Mildmay Club, if the study indicated that this was
required.
- Item 15, paragraph 9.2 – the second
bullet point should state – ‘The main concerns from
Hackney Wick ward Councillors were regarding the lack of
permeability in the area.
