RESOLVED to:

1  approve the proposed Policy at Appendix 1 to be published, effective from 1 August 2018.

2  note the report on the Statutory Consultation at Appendix 2

3  note the Cumulative Impact Assessment at Appendix 3 of the report.

4  note the Behaviour Audit at Appendix 4

5   note the Cost Benefit Analysis at Appendix 5 of the report.

6   note the Equalities Impact Assessment at Appendix 6 of the report.

7  authorise the Group Director of Neighbourhoods and Housing to make any non-substantive changes to the Policy as appropriate before approval by Full Council.
