It is recommended that this Temporary Event Notice is heard in closed session due to exempt information being considered (Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime) as defined by Paragraph 7 Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
