Councillor Adams nominated Mayor Woodley as Chair which

was seconded by Cllr Williams.

There were no apologies for absence.

Members are invited to consider the guidance which accompanies this agenda and make declarations as appropriate.

There were no new declarations of interests from Elected Members.

To establish an Appointments Sub-Committee drawn from members of this Committee which will meet at the conclusion of the meeting.

It was agreed to establish an Appointments Sub Committee from the members present.

There was no other business raised.
