The following recommendation allows for the consideration of exempt information at agenda item 6

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of agenda item 6 due to the disclosure of exempt information as defined under paragraph 7, Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
