Appendix 1 - Overall Financial Position (OFP) Savings with reference to Markets is deferred to the next OFP update and for a future Cabinet meeting for decision.
Approved the 2023-24 Local London Business Rates Pool recommendations set out in Appendix 2.

to approve the 2023/25 savings and the pooling proposals.
