1.1  There were no apologies for absence.

2.1  There were no declarations of interest.

3.1  The Committee noted the report.

RESOLVED:

That the press and public be excluded from the proceedings of the Appointments Sub-Committee during consideration of Exempt Item 3 on the agenda on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted, that were members of the public to be present, there would be a disclosure of exempt business as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

3.2  The Committee adjourned overnight and resumed on 31 March 2022 in order to interview candidates for the role of Group Director of Climate, Homes and Economy.

RESOLVED:

That Rickardo Hyatt is appointed as Group Director for Climate, Homes and Economy.
