3.	Election of the Speaker for the Municipal Year 2019/2020 Decision: RESOLVED that Councillor Kam Adams be elected to serve as Speaker for the 2019/2020 Municipal Year.
4.	Vote of thanks to the Outgoing Speaker Decision: RESOLVED that Councillor Claire Potter be thanked for her contribution to the Council and the Borough of Hackney during her term of office as Speaker.
5.	Election of The Deputy Speaker for the Municipal Year 2019/2020 Decision: RESOLVED that Councillor Michael Desmond be elected to serve as Deputy Speaker for the 2019/2020 Municipal Year.
6.	Apologies for Absence Decision: RESOLVED That apologies for absence were received on behalf of Councillors Rickard, and McKenzie.
